EVIDENCE: Pedophile ring operating in North Dakota and Northern Minnesota court system

by Timothy Charles Holmseth on March 23, 2017, 11:00 P.M. CST

Have you ever seen a government pedophile ring seem to suddenly emerge into view like ‘where’s Waldo?’

Watch closely now.

On January 8, 2016, Valley News Live filed a news report regarding George Lyons.

Who is George Lyons?

According to the Grand Forks Herald, Lyons was arrested by the East Grand Forks Police Department (EGFPD) on January 6, 2017 and charged with 1st and 2nd degree sexual assault of a minor.

The EGFPD told Valley News that Lyons was also under investigation in Grand Forks County (North Dakota) for an incident “similar” to the felony sex assault charges filed against him in Polk County, Minnesota.

Valley News contacted Assistant Grand Forks States Attorney Jason McCarthy who told the reporter he could not comment on an ongoing investigation.

Guess what?

State Attorney McCarthy never did comment – and in October, 2016 he was given a Judgeship by (former) North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple.

So, what about Lyons?

Well…

Lyons was released shortly after his arrest after posting $15,000 cash bail. He then promptly announced on Facebook, as well as a Bed, Bath, and Beyond wedding registry, that he was engaged to be married to Assistant Grand Forks States Attorney Jodi Bass.

States Attorney Bass has never disavowed Lyon’s claim which has been widely published.

The case then became silent in the news.

In 2017, Lyons passed an employment background check in Grand Forks, which revealed nothing about the felony sexual assault charges against him or the two separate (supposed) investigations underway in both North Dakota and Minnesota.

Lyons was terminated on his first day after an employee recognized him and Human Resources used Google to read multiple television and print news stories on the sex assault case.

Lyons was working next to me (Timothy Charles Holmseth of Write Into Action) and told me he broke up with his ex because her daughter was always starting trouble.

The little girl that was ‘starting trouble’ was his minor child victim whose abuse came to the attention of social services and mandated reporters.

Lyons boasted his “fiancé” was “the prosecutor” on the Delvin Shaw murder trial underway in Grand Forks at the time and told me what time “she’ll be home tonight”.

I immediately attempted to view the Register of Actions on the Minnesota Court’s State website and found all trace of the George Lyons sex assault case was gone. There are records remaining of other charges including giving alcohol to minors, and felonies including theft and delivery of methamphetamine.

I contacted Polk County (Minnesota) Court Administrator Kathy Narlock twice and asked for the court file number of the Lyons case but received no response. It is a fact that court case exists (or once existed) because the Grand Forks Herald made references to court papers and court documents in a news story.

Why Narlock feels compelled to not reply is not known.

So – records the Herald was able to obtain in 2016 – my publication cannot obtain now.

Likewise, there is no criminal case filed against Lyons in North Dakota.

However, there is a very bizarre entry in the North Dakota Register of Actions filed by Grand Forks States Attorney David Jones on January 4, 2016, which records an “Extradition” hearing was held for George Lyons who was supposedly incarcerated in Crookston, Minnesota. That is the only entry and then the file is “Closed”.

The problem with the January 4, 2016 “Extradition” hearing is according to the Grand Forks Herald; Lyons was not even arrested yet. And – Valley News reported Lyons posted “cash bail”.

None of the official story works.

I cannot cross check the supposed “Extradition” hearing in Grand Forks County (North Dakota) with the Lyons case in Polk County (Minnesota) because the entire case vanished in Minnesota and the Court Officer in charge (Kathy Narlock) won’t respond to legitimate inquiries.

Today, I contacted the Grand Forks Police Department to request any records that may exist with that agency regarding the “Grand Forks County” case originally reported by Valley News.

“I have no record of George Lyons being the subject of any active GFPD investigation at that time,” said GFPD Lt. Derik Zimmel.

EGFPF Chief Michael Hedlund was asked for a comment but none was received as of this publishing.

On February 28, 2017, the EGFPD responded to a records request I made and said they could not turn over any records because of an “ongoing investigation”.

But there's no record of it.

MINNESOTA PEDOPHILE COVER-UP - - - FBI KIDNAPPING INVESTIGATION / CHILD RAPE PORN

There are some real sickos operating in these two judicial communities.

There is indisputable evidence that implicates law enforcement and court officer(s) in Polk County, Minnesota regarding a cover-up of a child sex trafficking and kiddie-porn operation.

In 2009, secret emails were exchanged between EGFPD Lt. Rodney Hajicek (on his personal email account) and a former CNN fake news reporter, Art Harris. Harris was irate that I was giving information to the Jacksonville and Minneapolis FBI regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

The emails (which I obtained from Widseth via a records request) revealed Hajicek sought the assistance of Polk County Attorney Greg Widseth to find a way to arrest me (Timothy Charles Holmseth) in 2009 while I was actively assisting the FBI regarding photos that were described to me of the missing child.

Recordings I have published demonstrate a Florida man that was employed at a law office described naked photos of HaLeigh Cummings to me and told me the names of everyone that held the pictures. Police records show HaJicek and his group of pedophile supporting flunkies were in regular contact with the child sex traffickers.

In 2011, the EGFPD responded with officers to a police report made by a private investigator from Indiana that told police I (Timothy Holmseth) had just claimed over the telephone to have the missing child HaLeigh Cummings in my apartment.

In 2016, Tina Church, the private investigator that made the false police report, telephoned me and said she was impersonated on the call by a woman from Florida and a CNN operative named Levi Page. Church also said she had been contacted ‘off the record’ by EGFPD.

Widseth and EGFPD Police Chief Michael Hedlund are aware of Church’s revelations regarding the identity of who made the false police report and have initiated no investigation, which, if done, could have the potential of leading to the missing child.
